Milton Francis Robert

Milton Francis Robert passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Rosemary "Rosey" Keller Robert of 57 years. Devoted father of Richeal Plaisance (Whitney), Angela Matherne (Ernie), Daryl Robert (Keri), and the late Donna Maria Robert. Grandfather of Chelcie (Blake), Kyle (Shelby), Christopher (Kayla), Jonathan, Dominic, Julia, Logan, and Tanner and Great Grandbaby Metrejean to be born in December 2021. Brother of Shirley Webre (Ernest), Ronald Robert (Gloria), and the late Henry Robert, Jr. (Marguerite). Milton is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Milton is preceded in death by his parents Henry J. Robert, Sr. and Aline Boudoin Robert, his parents in law Denis Keller, Sr. and Effie Champagne Keller, and his best friend Gerald Lorio.

Milton is a native of Hahnville, Louisiana and a long time resident of Ama, Louisiana. He retired from Monsanto Chemical after 32 years of dedicated service. After retiring at the young age of 55, he started his full time mission of fixing everything for everyone! There was nothing he wouldn't try to fix, build, or do; he loved a challenge. If you needed something, Milton had it.

Milton enjoyed fishing, family vacations, visiting with friends, and his infamous garage. Above all, Milton found his biggest love in spending quality time and making memories with his grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12:30PM on Thursday, July 8th, 2021 at St. Mark Catholic Church at 10771 River Road in Ama, Louisiana. Visitation will begin at 9:30AM and continue until the Mass time. The Mass will be officiated by Reverend Bernard C. Francis. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling, Louisiana.
