Myrtle Theresa Plaisance Fisher passed away peacefully on Saturday Morning, March 1, 2014. She was 81 years old. Beloved wife of the late John C. “Moon” Fisher. Mother of Kirk Fisher and the late Andrew Fisher. The family would like to thank Pearl, Rebecca, Lydia and Sheena Berthelot, who took dear care of Myrtle. She was a lifelong resident of Lafitte, and more recently resided at Marrero Health Care. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial from Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church, 700 Maple Street, Harvey, on Thursday Afternoon, March 6, 2014 at 1:00. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
