Norma Rose Graff Smith, wife of the late Howard J. Smith and the late Joseph Clarence Tucker, Sr., the father of her children. Daughter of the late Louis and Gladys Graff. Mother of Joseph C. Tucker, Jr (JC), Garry C. Tucker, Sr., and Cindy Tucker. Mother in Law of Guizell Rosales. Sister of the late Lloyd Graff, Wilbert Graff, Mercedes Albro, Gloria Alombro, Bernice Gallagher, and her surviving sister Shirley Heigle. Grandmother to Kalyn Dupre (Scott), Jordan Tucker (Jason), and Garry Tucker, Jr. and Joseph Tucker III. Great Grandmother to Parker and Logan Dupre, Jackson Hursey, and Joseph Tucker IV. Survived by many loving nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, November 17th, 2023 in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. A visitation will begin at 10:00AM and continue until the Mass time.
