Novia Angela Bodden went to sleep in the Lord on Friday, August 17, 2012 at the age of 94. She was the beloved wife of the late Gladstone Bodden. She is survived by 5 sons, Allen (Nolia), Simons (Vinda), Wallace ( the late Hebbie), Adam (Suzie), Eddie Lee (the late Virginia) Bodden, and one daughter Gladys Hynds (Hoover). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was a native of Guanaja, Honduras, but lived all her life in Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and loved the Lord. She will be deeply missed.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM until the service and continue after the service until 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, plants or donations to the Marrero Seventh Day Adventist Church.
