Paul is the loving husband of Edith G. Donnaud. He is the the father of Paula Ann Hebert (Calvin), Vanessa Ann Klein (Peter), Tara Ann Bledsoe (Bryan), Maria Joelle Miguez (Richard) and Barrett Paul Donnaud (Laura). Beloved son of the late Joseph Louis Donnaud Sr. and Louise Thibodeaux Donnaud, and brother of John Donnaud, Albert Donnaud, Prosper Donnaud, Lawrence Donnaud, Joseph Donnaud Jr., Allen Donnaud, Ruby Smith, Annie Bourgeois, Mary Brown, Rita Donnaud, Lillian Poche, and Eula Templet. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Paul was born in Boutte Louisiana and was a lifelong resident of Luling. He was a proud Navy veteran, having served 4 years and earning the rank of Seaman First Class. He worked as an accountant at Stewart and Stevenson. Paul was very dedicated to his Catholic faith, serving as a Permanent Deacon at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. He was also active in The Knights of Columbus and The Brothers of the Sacred Heart, as well as serving as a Chaplain for the Luling Volunteer Fire Department. Paul is remembered for his celebratory and uplifting spirit.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 234 Angus Dr, Luling, LA 70070, US, on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will begin at 9:00 AM at the church. The interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery, 1279 Paul Maillard Rd, Luling, LA 70070. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Westside/ Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home. In lieu of flower please consider donation to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling in his memory.
