Penny Ann Baldassaro- Sontag

As a young adult, she attended Delgado Community College and made her career as a respiratory therapist at VA hospital. Family to her, was the most important thing. Her and her mother were like two peas in a pod, ride along buddies. She loved music and festivals, it always put a smile on her face and in the mood to dance. In her eyes, her life came second and family first.

She is survived by her (husband) Gregory Sontag, her (mother) Helena Baldassaro, (siblings) August Baldassaro and Tammy Baldassaro Pierce, (children) Joshua Bruce and Sarah Bruce McDonald, (grandchildren) Dylan Lachney, Jonathan Bruce Jr., Kaleb Bruce, Aaliyah Bruce, and Ariana McDonald, and many nieces and nephews.

She will be deeply missed, but never gone from our hearts. Her shining light and smile will live on through her many grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9am - 11am with a chapel service from 11am - 12pm.
