We will miss his stuffed flounder and crab St Francis they were both delicious.  He was an amazing chef, and we are blessed to have him in our lives.  You will be missed dearly! My Parran! My Godfather chosen by my own mother in heaven. May God welcome you into his open arms and we are praying for you and the rest of our family, but especially those closest to you. Thank you for teaching me how to play pool and always trying to show me the best way to make a good shot. Every holiday we would play at least one game together and those memories are cherished! God gained himself a warm soul and a chef. Flan for the holidays won’t be the same without you.

As a member of the Archbishop Shaw Class of 1978 I would like to extend my deepest condolences to the entire Hinojosa family.   Its probably been 40 years since I last saw Ralph, but I still have memories of Ralph always smiling and being silly in high school. He was a great classmate.  I know that today Ralph walks hand in hand with Jesus and forever will remain a proud Eagle.  To all of you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.  May God bless Ralph and his entire family. Uncle Ralph was everybody's uncle ... loved our talks and laughing with ya. I'm going to miss our poker machine competitions and talking about the next Cancun trip that my wife would never let me go on . Lol.. you will be truly missed.. rest easy my friend..

I went to school with Ralph for 13 years (kindergarten included) even worked with him on a summer job in Lafitte.  I remembered Ralph as a person always smiling and enjoying life.  He was definitely a spirited and enjoyable person to be around.

Ralph or most knew him as Uncle Ralph. I always enjoyed sitting and talking with him. He always had great stories to tell. He had such a passion for cooking and I enjoyed everything he prepared. When he would come to the camp we knew we were in for a treat. I will miss my friend dearly. Heaven is in for treat. Love you Uncle Ralph.

I haven’t seen Ralph since we graduated from Shaw.  From what I remember, he always was a nice guy.  God bless you Ralph and prayers to your family and friends!
