Reed Anthony Caston Sr.

Reed Anthony Caston, Sr., age 74, of Marrero, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Friday, January 26, 2024 at University Medical Center. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 1, 1949 to the late Frederick Caston, Sr. and Helen Lombard. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Frederick Caston, Jr. Our loving father is survived by his brother and sister, Frederick Perkins (Nakia) and Sandra Robinson; two children, Reed Caston, Jr., and Darrian Caston (Shauntrelle); four grandchildren, Marques, Xavier, Nyah, and Sincere; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A visitation for Reed will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072. A service of remembrance will occur Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072. A visitation will occur Friday, February 9, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072. A committal service will occur Friday, February 9, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460.
