Rhonda Lynn Habisreitinger

Rhonda Lynn Habisreitinger passed peacefully in her sleep in her hospital bed on the morning of November 25, 2025 after a successful triple heart bypass surgery a week earlier. She is the loving daughter of Gary Lee Habisreitinger (deceased) and Linda Governale Habisreitinger, sister of Bonnie Habisreitinger Whittington (deceased) and Sandra Habisreitinger Pace. She is also survived by brother-in-law Robert Joseph Pace, her aunt Shirley Governale Akis and Uncle Sam Governale, Jr. as well as a host of cousins and friends all around the world.

Rhonda was a courageous and adventurous soul that led her from state to state across America in an 18 wheeler accompanied by her loving dog Zeus to finally working in multiple locations finding waste and fraud in the Medicaid system here in Louisiana and lastly in Ohio with CoventBridge. She pursued a vast array of other jobs along the way that gave her life a richness that few people ever experience.

She loved traveling with her family and cruising with loved ones and friends. Her love of family and friends, abounding generosity of spirit as well constant thoughtfulness of others over herself will be greatly missed. Her great love of God has comforted us with the knowledge she is in heaven now and that we will assuredly see her again soon.

A Visitation will be held at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home on Sunday December 7, 2025 from 10am to 2pm.
