Rickey Anthony Dufrene passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the age of 72. He is a lifelong native of the Westbank born to Tony J. and Nola Dufrene. Rick is the brother of Vickie D. Esteves (Bobby), Ronnie Dufrene (Rose), Rudy Dufrene, Roger Dufrene (the late Debbie), and the late Deborah D. Poche and Randy Dufrene. Rick is survived by his loving grand children, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Rick was outdoorsman that enjoyed deer and rabbit hunting at his favorite spot at the Golden Ranch in Gheens, Louisiana. He also loved to dance and spend time with his loving family.

A Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 22nd, 2021 at 11:00AM in the chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero,Louisiana. A visitation will be held from 9:00AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna, Louisiana.
