Ronald "Ronnie" J. Dantin Sr. of Harvey, Louisiana passed away peacefully on Friday, August 30, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Dorona Dantin of 54 loving years. Father of Ron Dantin (Kelly) and Rickey Dantin (Sami). Grandfather of Casey, Brodie, and Ronni Dantin. Son of the late Oris "Cooksie" Dantin and Doris Breaux Dantin. Brother of the late Daniel J. Dantin.
Ronnie was at the age of 77, he was a lifelong resident of Harvey, Louisiana and a faithful parishioner of St. Rosalie Catholic Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 from 9:00AM until 11:00AM. A Mass will follow the visitation at 11AM in the funeral home Chapel. Interment will follow at McDonoghville Cemetery in Gretna, Louisiana.
