Shirley P. Adams passed away on August 31, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.
She was 84 years old, a Catholic Native American and life long resident of Marrero, L.A.
She is preceeded in death by her husband, Vincent Adams, Sr. Her Parents were the late William and Clytee. Her brother was the late Sonny wife Carol. Her in- laws were the Late Henry and Rosie, the late Robert former wife Shirley, and Lena late husband Billy.
Survived by 3 children Donna husband Edison, Joyce and Vincent, Jr. She is survived by her grand children Michelle companion Milton, Tessa, Brandy husband Michael, Scott wife Alison, Brooks wife Cori, Ashley, Gabriel and Joshua wife Kerri. Survied by 15 Greatgrandchildren, 4 neices, 1 nephew and 1 Godchild
She was a LAY Carmelite of Immaculate Conception church in Marrero, L.A. and served as a Eucharistic minister.
She was a merchandiser for Woolco and Woolsworth where she retired from. She was President of the Council at Wynhovan apartments.
Shirley was a Saints fan and was very talented she loved family and friends.
