Silas Lee Guillory

Silas "Si" Lee Guillory, Sr. a native of Crowley and resident of Marrero passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at the age of 54. Silas is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Grace Mary Farve Guillory; his sons, Silas Lee Guillory, Jr. (Holly) and Billy John Guillory (Jeanne); grandchildren, Michael Menard, Bailee, Kaden, and Joshua Guillory; Mother, Barbara Poteet Guillory; siblings, Tony Vanover and Elizabeth Ducote. He will also be missed by his extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Father, Merle Lee Guillory. Si was the proud co-owner of S&S Machine and Marine Fabricators. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, spending time with his family and friends and living life to the fullest. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service in his honor on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
