Mrs. Theresa "Bunny" Marie Friloux Petit

Mrs. Petit was the wife of Stanley Bernard Petit since 1956; the mother of Brent Petit (Franziska), and Scott Petit (Barbara); daughter of the late Rene and Louise Roux Friloux, and raised by her Beloved Aunt Mathilde “Nana” Friloux; grandmother of Jacques, Rene, Stan, Maggie, Robert, and Alyce Petit; sister of Anne Zeringue and the late Harold, Timmy, Albert “Backer”, and Moise Friloux; and aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Petit was a devout parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling, Louisiana, and active at both the Parish and Archdiocesan levels. One of her proudest moments was to receive Holy Communion from Pope John Paul II in New Orleans.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, December 29, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling, Louisiana, with Visitation in Church beginning at 9:00 a.m. and continuing until time of Service. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Charles Cemetery Mausoleum.
