Thurman James Barrons, Sr. passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of the late Ruth M. Barrons, and father of Annette B. Hajvert (Frank), Thurman Barrons, Jr. (Mary), Pamela B. Dupree (Lawrence), and Christine B. Bowers (Robert). He.was a Grandfather to Candie Mauroner, Gloria Worthman, Natasha Barrons, Jessica Mauroner,Amy Bowers, Beth Garman, Robert Bowers Jr. (BJ), and Brittnie Fontenot,. He was a Great Grandfather to Donald G., Daniel Mauroner, Tyler Mauroner, Tabitha Mauroner, Jacoby Mauroner, Haillie Rumfield, Daton Mauroner, Damian Mauroner, Skye Rumfield, Donavan Mauroner, Maraya Rumfield, Aubrey Marchiafava, Bill Rumfield IV (BB), Philip Marchiafava Jr. (Cosmo), Dion Worthman Jr., and Dilan Worthman.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Mausoleum. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
