Ulysses Joseph Bergeron

Ulysses Joseph Bergeron, age 76, of Marrero, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Constance "Connie" Bergeron. He is the loving father of Joshua Bergeron. Brother of Willis Bergeron (Cindy), Ronald Bergeron (Michelle), Donald Bergeron (Patricia), Valerie Little (Donald), Juanita Graves, June Molaison, Annette Barrios, and the late Darryl Bergeron (Roslyn) and Leward Bergeron (Stella). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

He served in the United States Navy and retired from Jefferson Parish. Ulysses loved to cheat at playing cards, he loved to fish, sing, hunt and eat, as Connie made sure he did in fact eat. He is also known for being a big "talker".

To honor his memory a visitation for Ulysses will be held Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 9:00 AM until the service time at 11:00 AM at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA 70072. A committal service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Slidell, Louisiana.
