The first time I met Vicki in 2014 when our office moved into Elks Place I knew she was special. She immediately welcomed me and we became friends. I am sorry I did not get to know her longer. Vicki was the most caring, loving, and sincere person. She made a difference in everyone's life. She cherished her family and friends and made you feel important and cared about and was there if you needed her. She touched many lives. I am a better person for knowing her and will miss her very much. My prayers are with her family and friends.

This beautiful soul had an instinct to know when someone was hurting. She picked out your best quality and built you up so you wouldn't think about the hurt. She worked that wonderful magic for me and I watched her do it with others. She had a true gift of compassion and love for others that is very rare. I will miss her light; it shined so brightly.
