Virginia Maze Bryant passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the age of 91. She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Melvin Bryant. She was the mother of Karen Moran, Melvin Bryant, Barbara Bryant, Daniel Bryant (Renee), as well as the late Allie Gay Bryant, and Candi Bryant. She was predeceased by a grandson, Allen Boudreaux Jr., and a daughter-in-law, Charlotte Bryant. She was survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She is also survived by a sister, a brother, and 3 sisters-in-law, as well as a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends. She was a loving wife and mother, who loved to crochet, was a excellent cook, made beautiful jewelry by hand, and sewed by hand. She avidly followed current events and world affairs. She will be most remembered for her humor.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. Express condolences at www.westsideleitzeagan.com.
