Billy was the brother of Rudy Mamolo (Linda), Stanberg Billiot (Sharon), Louella Hart (Scott), Peggy Creppel (Eddie) and Jennifer Epps (Mike) and brother-in-law of Lillian Mamolo. Cousin of Theia "Lootie" Creppel and Thomas Creppel, who also helped take care of him. Proud Godfather of Ken, Amanda, Jenny, Brittany and Philip. Billy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, James W. Creppel and Rosalie Verdin Creppel, siblings, Ernest J. Mamolo, Jr. and Sandra Mamolo.
Billy enjoyed fishing and spending time in his boat whenever he could. He took over his father's role of hosting parties for the children in the neighborhood and around the house. He also enjoyed making boxes out of Popsicle sticks and had an obsession for padlocks, often putting them on just about everything in the house.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
