William H. Roberts “Bill Roberts”, age 85, passed away on Saturday May 21,2016. He was born in Tampa, Fla January 19 ,1931. He was preceded in death by his father Henry Roberts, his mother Florence Pulliam Roberts and his sister Ruth Williams. He is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years Patricia Roberts; his children James Roberts, Florence Roberts, Virginia Roberts, Stephanie Roberts, William Jeffrey Roberts, Ashley Roberts, His daughters in law, Patricia Ferguson Roberts and Beza Mekonnen and 15 grandchildren. Bill served his country in the United States Air Force for 22 years. He founded Bill Roberts and Associates and worked as Real Estate Broker for than 40 years. He enjoyed his profession to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 26, from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Westside Leitz Eagan Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, Louisiana. A prayer service will be held at 7:00.
