William Edward Turner passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at the age 61, in Marrero, Louisiana due to a brain aneurysm. He was a native of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, but has resided in Marrero, Louisiana for the past 30 years. William was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many over the years. He will be greatly missed by all who love him.
Preceded in death by his parents Harry Turner, of Duck Hill, Mississippi and Mary Bell Turner of Duck Hill, Mississippi. Also preceded in death by his siblings Hazel Laster of Duck Hill, Mississippi, Mary Catherine Chouccoli of Duck Hill, Mississippi, and Johnny Turner of Waycross, Georgia.
William is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Linda Turner of Marrero, Louisiana; his two daughters: Amanda Davila (Juan Davila) of Marrero, Louisiana and Heather McDonald (Colby McDonald) of Marrero, Louisiana; five grandchildren: Jaslyn Rome, Autumn Rome, Lucia Davila, Chloe McDonald, and Colin McDonald, and his two sisters: Harry Dale Stevens of Baytown, Texas and Bonnie Turner of Duck Hill, Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
