Adrianne Burchette

Born on October 3, 1970, in Utica, New York, she was the youngest daughter of Janice Hollins and the late Thomas Hollins. She attended Utica Free Academy before continuing her education at the University of California, Long Beach. After several years, Adrianne returned to Augusta, where she met the love of her life.

On August 28, 1999, she married Bennie Robbins Burchette Jr. Together, they blended their families and built a loving home in Martinez, Georgia.

Adrianne worked as an Administrative Secretary in a variety of professional settings, including a dermatology office and an outpatient physical therapy clinic. She was a devoted and active member of Whole Life Ministries, where she volunteered her time and talents for numerous church events.

As the wife of an Army veteran, Adrianne faithfully supported her family through many relocations, including assignments in Germany, Kansas, and Korea. She embraced life with a spirit of adventure, a passion for travel, and a deep love for animals, especially dogs. Her vibrant personality, competitive spirit, and love for others left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Hollins, and her grandparents, Clarissa and James Williams.

Adrianne leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Bennie R. Burchette Jr.; her children, Brandon Burchette, Jana (Lukman) Abdulai, and Jelani Burchette; her mother, Janice Hollins; her brothers, Todd (Jacqueline) Hollins and Brian Hollins; and her sister, Alicia Hollins. She is also survived by her cherished nieces and nephews, including Bianca (Marc) Pacheco, Todd Nicholas Hollins, Brian Hollins Jr., Laney (Matthew) Mackey, Taylor Hollins, Chanice Ward, and Chanelle (Jano) Jones; one granddaughter; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Whole Life Ministries, 2621 Washington Road #3, Augusta, GA 30904. Interment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown, GA 30813.
