Ann Miller

Helen Ann Miller entered into rest November 20, 2017. She was known as Granny; she loved her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids very much. She was known to many as Ms. Ann at Wal-Mart; where she worked as telephone operator for 27 years.

Funeral Services will be held 2PM Friday, November 24, 2017, at Elliott Sons Funeral Home-Lumpkin Road Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Marion Dobey Miller; her parents, Otis and Ruby Jackson; and a son, Tommy Miller. Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Hooper and Diane (David) Alexander; grandchildren, Michael (Andrea) Johnson and Paul Hooper; great-grandchildren, Alison Weideret, Scott Johnson, Za'miyah Hooper, Kaylah Hooper, and Brody Johnson; sister, Betty Jackson; and brother, Marion Jackson.

The family will receive friends 1PM Friday, November 24, 2017, until the time of service at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the CSRA Humane Society or the Golden Harvest Food Bank.
