Born on January 10, 1969, Stacy lived a life rooted in faith, family, hard work, and laughter. He attended Believers Fellowship Church and loved cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, spending time on the golf course, collecting coins, and working on projects around the house. If something needed fixing, Stacy was usually willing to give it a try.
On August 27, 1994, Stacy married the love of his life, Jennifer, in North Augusta, South Carolina. Together they built a beautiful life over nearly 32 years of marriage, centered around faith, love, and devotion to their family. Jennifer was his constant companion, faithful caregiver, and greatest source of strength throughout life's many seasons.
Stacy was a storyteller at heart. He loved sharing memories, telling jokes, and making people laugh. Whether he was recounting a favorite family story for the hundredth time or teasing someone he cared about, he had a way of bringing joy to those around him. He was also known for his strong work ethic and determination. Even when life became difficult, he faced challenges with courage and perseverance.
More than anything, Stacy loved his family. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, a beloved son, brother, and friend. He shared a close bond with his mother, Annette. Anyone who knew Stacy knew he was a proud mama's boy, and he loved her with his whole heart.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Hogan; his children, Gabriel Hogan (Kayla Hogan), Eli Hogan, and Hannah Hogan; his parents, Richard and Annette Hogan; his brother, Michael Hogan (Misty Hogan); and his sister, Elizabeth Newman (Rusty Newman); and his mother-in-law, Polly Black ("Nana"). He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Hogan, Jr.
Though his family grieves his loss, they find comfort in knowing that he is now healed and at peace in the presence of his Savior. His legacy of love, laughter, faith, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
