

Mrs. Inglett was born on July 27, 1943 to the late Lawrence Dick and Lenora Ashbrook Dick in Washington D.C. She spent most of her early life in Savannah, GA but moved to Augusta, GA when her father started a business in Augusta. She was baptized as a child at Reformation Lutheran Church in Savannah, GA and was later confirmed in her faith in 1958 by Pastor Cressman at Reformation Lutheran Church. While in Augusta, she met her loving husband, Ronald. She had been in town for a weekend, and he asked her to go to the Harlem Globe Trotters show at the Bell Auditorium and they were married shortly after their first date.
Mrs. Inglett enjoyed square dancing with her husband and they were both members of many square-dancing clubs. She and her husband enjoyed going to various destinations, especially on cruises. Mrs. Inglett enjoyed crafting, including crocheting, cross-stitching and knitting. She was also known for her extensive hat collection. Mrs. Inglett was a faithful member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Augusta since 1973. She served and was involved throughout her life in the Church, but in later years was a faithful member of the Ladies AM Bible Study (Lambs). Mrs. Inglett also obtained an associates degree and was a homemaker, travel agent and worked at the bookstore at Augusta State University know now as Augusta University.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Inglett is preceded in death by her husband, Ron V. Inglett; and brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Leah Tatum Dick. Survivors include her daughter, Sheri Inglett Johnson (David); grandson, Scott Inglett Johnson (Adrianne); great-grandson, Jordan Daniel Johnson; sisters-in-law, Joanne Craft (Vernon) and Carol Evans; and brother-in-law, Dr. J. Michael Evans (Jeffrey); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11am on Monday, August 4, 2025 at Westover Memorial Park with Rev. Roger A. Schwartz officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior in the family room of Westover Memorial Park.
