Elaine is preceded in death by her parents and her son, Brian Dye.
Elaine is survived by her husband, Steve Gillespie; her daughter, Alison Dye; her stepchildren, Gavin Gillespie, Gina Roman and Grant Gillespie; her grandchildren, Elijah, Noah and J.J.; her 2 great- grandchildren and her sister, Nel Jones (Jim).
Elaine loved spending time with her family and watching her fur baby, Bambi, play. She was an amazing wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister and friend. She will be missed dearly, but her memory will be treasured forever.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 2 pm at Elliott Sons Funeral Home at 4255 Columbia Road Martinez, GA 30907.
