

Frances Bullard Remedies, 79, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. Born on September 6, 1946, Frances lived a life defined by devotion to her family, kindness, resilience, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone who knew her.
Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Theodore "Lane" Remedies; her parents, Prince Albert Bullard and Ruth Partin Stephens; and her brothers, Aubrey Gene Bullard, Roy Bullard, and Jimmy Bullard.
She leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure her memory: her children, Lena Sheppard of Augusta, Georgia; Janet Bartz (John) of Summerfield, North Carolina; Kenny Kyle (Melinda) of Banner Elk, North Carolina; Brandi Knaack (Joe) of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; and Timothy Remedies (Alicia) of Thomson, Georgia.
Frances was a proud grandmother to Keith, Dylan, John Colby, Corey, Nicholas, Branson, Kristina, Zachary, Charleigh, Shawn, Jacob, Skyhla, and Conner, and a cherished great-grandmother to Colton, Sterling, and Sutton. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and celebrating the moments, both big and small, that brought everyone together.
For the past four years, Frances resided at Adams Farm Living and Rehabilitation Center in Jamestown, North Carolina, where she formed meaningful friendships and enjoyed participating in activities she loved. She especially enjoyed attending Bingo, sharing laughs with friends, and making lasting memories with those around her.
An avid lover of the outdoors, Frances found happiness in fishing and treasured every opportunity to be near the water. Whether spending time with family, casting a fishing line, or enjoying a game of Bingo, she embraced life with warmth, humor, and a grateful heart.
Frances will be remembered for her unwavering love, her caring nature, and the special bond she shared with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy of love, strength, and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

The funeral service will be held graveside at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813.
