Gary Michael Murphy, 65, of Augusta passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011. He was born August 29, 1946 in Silex, Missouri but lived most of his adult life in Augusta. Gary was involved for many years in the Rotary Club and was a member of the Vineyard Church of Augusta.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. Gary is survived by 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
A Visitation and Memorial Service will be held from 6 to 8 pm at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The Memorial Service will begin at 7 pm with Rev. Reese LeRoy officiating.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
