Grover L Miles

Mr. Miles worked for over thirty-two years at The Carpet Shop. He was a dedicated family man and cherished times shared with his wife, children, grandchildren and family. Grover loved to garden, his greatest joy was sharing his home grown produce with family and friends.

Mr. Miles is survived by his loving wife of fifty-eight years, Mary Jean Miles; four children, Kenneth (Rachel) Miles, David (Marie) Miles, Brenda (Kent) Hensley and Randall (Francine) Miles; one brother, Douglas Miles; one sister, Mary Turner; one uncle, Dr. Melvin Miles; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 2PM, Thursday, April 21, 2011 in the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Grover’s son-in-law, Rev. Kent Hensley officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be private for the family at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
