Henry was a graduate of the Georgia Military Academy and the University of Georgia. He joined the U.S. Army in 1964 In Columbus, was deployed twice to Viet Nam and retired in 2011 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. When he relocated to Hepzibah, he continued to serve the community as a trusted realtor, and a volunteer tax preparer with AARP.
Henry is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Brenda Evans Wadsworth. He is survived by his children, Christopher Lee Wadsworth (Kathleen) and Angela Denise Partain (Charles); sister Lyra Dickerson (James); grandchildren Jessica, William T., Cynthia, William A., Ashley, and Elizabeth; and 13 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
