Joan Morris

Mrs. Morris was born to the late Archie and Ruby Hinton in Gibson, GA.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Morris is preceded in death by her son, Ricky Morris; grandson, Bradley Morris; and siblings, Annie Ruth, Mary Helen, Charles, Marvin, Louis and Billy Joe. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Herbert Morris; son, Keith Morris (Freddie); daughter-in-law, Suzanne Zamora; grandchildren, Asja Carletello, Justin Tellez and Vanessa Manjarrez; and great-grandchildren, McKayla, Gia, Noah, Valentina, Vianna, Dez and Delilah.

A funeral service will be held at 11am, February 1, 2025 at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers who will honor Mrs. Morris are Kent Whitaker, Tucker Whitaker, Ricky Rickerson, Chris Rickerson, Stephen Rickerson and Jim Steed.
