Brian was born the oldest of three children to Teresa and Michael Logan in Augusta, GA on October 24, 1971. He proudly served the United States Marine Corps and was an avid patriot. He later went on to be a Biomedical Engineer working on dialysis machines at Gambro Healthcare, Medical College of Georgia and Aiken Regional.
Brian’s first passion above all else was his family. He had a vibrant and active childhood growing up with his two brothers. He participated in little league, and later went on to play high school football. Some of his favorite pastimes included listening to music, writing poetry, storytelling, fishing and later on, he loved to spend time with his boys playing card games, especially rummy. He was extremely proud of his Irish heritage and never missed a St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
Brian was exceptionally intelligent with a fun personality and a great sense of humor. He had a huge charismatic laugh that could light up a room with a contagious effect, and the power to make absolutely anyone smile or feel better if they were down. He was spiritual with a radiating, steadfast passion for the Lord, and that always showed through his actions. Brian was inspirationally kind-hearted with an impeccable inner strength that shined through everything he did in life. He never passed judgement on anyone. He was generous, humble and kind with everyone that he encountered; he always had an unconditional love for children, and they loved him too. He was a great listener and carried on a strong desire to help people grow, especially his sons.
