Richard Dick Kay Robinson Sr.

Grovetown, GA- Richard K. “Dick” Robinson, Sr., the beloved husband of Rosella “Mike” Robinson, departed this life on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. He was well known in the aviation community for most of his life. He had worked for AARP in his later years as an Employment Specialist. Richard was preceded in death by two sons, Rick (Brenda) and Wayne (Barbara); and a grandson, Shawn Robinson.

He is survived by a brother, Bob McGill (Brenda) of Stone Mountain, GA; daughters, Sherry (Floyd) Montgomery and Tina (Ronnie) Paige; sons, Scott, Robbie, and Chris (Holly); 7 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home Columbia Road Chapel with Rev. Dr. Mike Shearon officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
