
Samuel J. Pigliacelli, of Evans, GA formerly of Atco, NJ, entered into the presence of the Lord surrounded by his loving family. Samuel lived his life with humble and steadfast faith. He was not outwardly vocal about his devotion, but his relationship with God was unmistakable reflected in his kindness, generosity and the way he cared for others. His faith was lived, not spoken, and it touched everyone who knew him.
Samuel was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eleanor (Dell’Aringa) Pigliacelli; his son Joseph William and his sister, Catherine Mariano.
He is survived by his cherished wife of 64 years, Carol G. Pigliacelli (Sampey). He is lovingly remembered by his children; Michael Pigliacelli (late Wendy), Lisa Pigliacelli Tomasco (Matthew), Daniel (Christina) Pigliacelli. He was a proud and devoted grandfather to Marissa, Daniel, Oliva, Giovanni, Sean, Chloe, and Alex, and a joyful great-grandfather to Sammy, Frankie, and Henry.
Samuel will be remembered as a true servant of God, a man whose heart was full of love, laughter, and joy. He treasured big Italian family dinners, where his presence always the life of the party brought warmth, humor, and unforgettable memories. His legacy lives on in the faith he called quietly, the family he loved fiercely, and the happiness he brought to every room he entered.
