Martinez-Mrs. Susan Bryant Cooper, beloved wife of Mr. Thomas O. Cooper Sr. entered into rest on Monday, October 16, 2017
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017 in the Columbia Rd. Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the Elliott Sons Funeral Home-Columbia Rd.
Mrs. Cooper was a lifelong resident of the Augusta area. She retired as a coder for the V.A. Hospital. She was also a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Marvin & Helen Havird Bryant Jr. and her brother Trey Bryant. In addition to her husband, Survivors include her children, Susan (Gunter) Neubach, Thomas O. Cooper Jr., Amy (Mike) Smith, Grandchildren, Arianna & Anias Smith, brother, Edward (Clara) Bryant, and several nieces and nephews.
