Thelma loved her family dearly. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting blankets for babies. She also enjoyed snuggling with a good book to read.
Thelma is preceded in death by her husband Russell Monroe, parents George and Nettie Williams; brothers Herbert, Mack and Bud Williams. She is survived by her son David (Rachel) Monroe; grandson Joseph (Heather) Monroe; bonus grandchildren Michael (April) Day, Laurenn (Colin) Fauntleroy; 4 great grands Ryan, Autume, Harper and Aubrey and brother Harry ( Shirley) Williams.
A graveside memorial service for Thelma will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown, GA.
