Martinez, GA. – Sgt. FC Wallington Hardy, retired Army, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Evelyn Blalock Hardy and his parents, Willard and Lillian Hardy.
Crypt side services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with full Military Honors.
He retired from the Army after serving 29 ½ years, was a member of Masonic Lodge # 710 and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star-Martinez Chapter #1464.
Survivors include his son, Wally (Jan) Hardy; daughter, Deborah Ann Hardy; grandsons, Christopher (Shauna) Hardy, Keenon (Mara) Hardy and Cameron Hardy; great-grandsons, Riley and Preston Hardy and a sister, Shirley Myers.
