Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Pastor Andy Collins officiating.
Mr. Hammett is survived by his daughter, Brenda (Paul) Burnett, companion, Marjorie Ouzts, caregiver, Amiela Howard, sister, Ann Wilkes, 2 grandchildren, Matthew B. Rich, Jacqueline R. Cliatt and 3 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Road, Martinez, GA.
