Betty Ann Fowler, 82 of Martinsburg passed away on February 9, 2021. She was born on May 5, 1938 in Charles Town and was the daughter of the late Allen and Clara Pulse. Betty was the last living of her immediate family. Betty loved Bingo, playing cards, and Horse Racing. She worked at Charles Town Race Track and Casino for many years. She is survived by her children: Diane Gladhill and husband Scot, Doug Fowler and wife Ronda, Keith Fowler and wife Barbara; grandchildren: Jody Miller, Kimberly Miller, Jason Fowler, Cassidy Cabreja, Heather Fowler, Derick Fowler; great-grandchildren: Cody Miller, Alissa Miller, Chad Gageby, Alex Gageby, Cayden Fowler, Caleesi Fowler, Sophia Cabreja and baby Cabreja; great-great- grandchildren: Deklyn Gageby, Jace Gageby Jaxon Gageby, Koda Gageby, and Archie Miller; brothers: Brother in law Robert Fowler, and Kenneth Fowler and wife Ruth; and sister in law Cathy Fowler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Fowler and brother Allen Lee Pulse Jr.
