Born September 16, 1943 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Charles and Arella Washington, Sr.
Charles worked for E E Lyons Construction Company for 50 years.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Elsie Mobley; his son, Steve Mobley; and his daughter, Stephanie Jenkins.
Friends will be received on Friday at Rosedale Funeral Home from 11am until the time of the funeral service at noon. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
