Born on February 7, 1974, in Charles Town, he was the son of David Griffin II and the late Sandra Panganiban.
David enjoyed traveling and exploring; he was free-spirited and loved with all his heart.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his children: Christian Griffin, Kayla Griffin, Kelly Griffin, and Kiera Griffin; one brother, James “Jimmy” Griffin; and two nephews, Tristen and Trevor Weaver.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tony Griffin.
