Born on January 6, 1953 in Everett, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Emerson and Donna Clark Harre.
Debbie was devoted to her family throughout her life and was always willing to sacrifice for her children and grandchildren. After retiring from Shepherd University, she spent the rest of her life loving on and helping with her grandchildren. Her love of Jesus always shown through and she will be sorely missed by her family.
She is survived by her daughters: Karis Baker (Jeff) and Renee Kelly (Patrick); good friend and ex-husband, Philip DeHaas; sisters: Barbara Baker and Penny Scileppi; brother, Todd Harre; her beloved grandchildren: Ryan Kelly, Natalie Baker, Brenna Baker, Jana Baker, and Aryn Kelly; and her treasured napping buddy grand-dog, Holly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Goshorn.
