Debra "Debbie" Lea Dunn

Born January 1, 1955, in Sutton, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late George and Pauline Sutton. Debbie will be remembered as an amazing mother and Mamaw and was well loved by all that knew her.

Debbie devoted 30 years to nursing, beginning her career at City Hospital in Orthopedics. She later served patients and families at Berkeley Family Medicine for 20 years, continuing there until her retirement. She was a member of Moose Lodge 102 since 2009 and was active in Girl Scouts as a Leader while her daughters were young.

Debbie is survived by her children: Diane Watkins (Roger), Kelley Parsons (Mike) and Jamie Dunn (Christy); grandchildren: Rhiannon Turner, Dylan Turner, Ronan Turner, Austin Parsons, Cameron Parsons; great-granddaughter Azalea Josephine; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Dunn Jr., and her grandson, Tyler Parsons.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home on Thursday, March 26, 2027, from 6–8 p.m.
