Delores M Foltz

Delores M Foltz, a kind-hearted, hard-working, and devoted animal lover, passed away on April 4, 2025 while at Berkeley Medical Center, at the age of 86. Born on July 20, 1938, Delores was daughter of Alston M. Mumaw and Violet Penwell Mumaw. She was a long time resident of Martinsburg, West Virginia prior to going to Assisted Living and then Berkeley Spring Health and Rehab.

Delores was a dedicated employee and retired from Corning Glass Works with 33 years of service, where her commitment and work ethic were highly valued.

She is survived by her sons: Rickie Zimmerman (Blanche), Ernest G. Ours (Cathy), Kevin L. Ours (Lynn), and Marvin G. Ours (Patty). Delores also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her daughter-in-law, Tiffany Foltz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert E. Foltz; her brother, Edward A. Mumaw; and her maternal grandparents, S.E. and Bessie Penwell.

A visitation will be held at Rosedale Funeral Home in Martinsburg, West Virginia, on April 11, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm. Delores will be laid to rest at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Kearneysville, West Virginia, on the same day.
