Born June 24, 1920, in Berkeley Springs, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ella McBee.
Dora graduated from Berkeley Springs High School. She worked for thirty years at Interwoven and retired from Penn Wire Rope.
She was a member of Marlowe Assembly of God and was involved with women’s ministries and youth groups.
Dora was a quilter and a crafter and enjoyed camping.
She is survived by two grandchildren: Darrell and Sharon; one sister, Ethel McCoy; one brother, Clarence McBee; two great- grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Johnson; one daughter, Linda Berger; one grandson, Jonathan Berger; and two brothers: Henry and Elmer McBee.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 7, 2015 at 11:00am at Marlowe Assembly of God.
