Dorothy E. Mock

Born July 19, 1919 in Cherry Run, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Carrie Riser Hessler.

She worked at Interwoven Factory in Martinsburg for many years and was a member of Soroptimist Club.

Dot was a beloved wife, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her brother, Junior “Bud” Hessler of Hagerstown, Maryland and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Mock, who went to be with God on October 12, 2002; one sister, Evelyn V. Rhoe; and five brothers: Ward Hessler, Cecil Hessler, Hanson Hessler, Chester Hessler, and Ray Hessler.

The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the staff of Heartland of Martinsburg (now Cleary Grove), for their care over the last six years.

Friends will be received at Rosedale Funeral Home on Monday from 12pm until the time of the funeral service at 1pm.

Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
