Born August 25, 1912 in Fredrick, MD, she was the daughter of the late James Douglas and Bertha Tyson Watkins.
Elizabeth is survived by one son, Spencer L. Shelton of Dickerson, MD; two daughters, Thelma Thomas of Inwood, WV and Dorothy Hallman of Dickerson, MD; one sister, Audrey Allen; seven grandchildren, Spencer L Shelton, Jr. , Kevin Thomas, Eric Thomas, Doris May Hallman, Pat Stackhouse, Antoine Hallman, and Paris Marie Borus; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 11am at Rosedale Cemetery.
