To Jake’s Family, please accept my condolences in the passing of Jake. I feel like I have known him the better part of my life. I remember him coming into Nichols when I worked there years ago. Then when Danny Nichols did repairs on my home place, Jake worked with him. They were a pair! Later in years when I bought another home I needed a roof. I was given Tom’s name and who was there to help..... Jake. Jake was always the same thru out the years. Always a big smile and a kind word. I am sure he probably was like that with everyone he came in touch with. Rest In Peace Jake.
