Jaxson Mychael Dykes

Jaxson was born on November 24, 2025, into the loving arms of his parents, Tatyana Mann and Lamar Dykes. From the moment he entered the world, he filled the hearts of his family with immeasurable joy, laughter, and love. His precious smile and sweet spirit touched everyone who had the blessing of knowing him.

Despite his young age, Jaxson had a bright personality and favorite things that brought him happiness every day. He loved Mickey Mouse, watching dancing fruit, and playing with his feet. He especially enjoyed attending car shows and meets with his parents, where the sound of revving engines would light up his face. These simple joys brought countless smiles to his family and created cherished memories that will be treasured forever.

Jaxson is survived by his devoted parents, Tatyana Mann and Lamar Dykes; his grandparents: Aaron and Tracy Mann, Chrissie Smith, Donell Dotson, and Stanley Dykes; aunts: Asia Mann, Jolene Malatt, and Monica Smith; uncles: Caison Dotson, and Jayden Mann; cousins: Nyla, Amarie, Ahryya, and Ky’arie; Godmother, Arianna Granados; Godfather, Najiher (Biscuit) Thomas; Jaxson’s best friend, Parker Mills, along with several other family members and friends.

Though Jaxson's life was short, the impact he made was profound. He will be remembered for the happiness he brought to his family and the unconditional love that surrounded him throughout his life.

In honor of Jaxson's memory and the things he loved most, the family kindly asks each person attending his service to bring a Hot Wheels car. Guests are welcome to write a memory, message, or note on the back of the car. The family also requests that attendees wear a Mickey Mouse shirt, dancing fruit shirt, or car-themed shirt to celebrate the joy and happiness Jaxson found in his favorite things. Those attending are also encouraged to bring a cherished vehicle, whether a hot rod, custom build, classic car, muscle car, or luxury automobiles, a tribute to the joy he found in them.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Rosedale Funeral Home from 1:00pm until the start of funeral services at 2:00pm. Jaxson will be laid to rest at Rosedale Cemetery.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
