Born on February 23, 1948, in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Willis Greenfield and Dorothy “Bowers” Greenfield.
Jimmy dedicated 34 years of faithful service to Corning Glass Works/World Kitchen. He enjoyed going to auctions, working on automobiles and house remodeling.
He is survived by his son, Gary Greenfield and his wife Rhonda; two grandchildren: Garrett Greenfield, and Logan Greenfield; a great granddaughter, Lucy Greenfield; two brothers: Gene Greenfield and wife his Elizabeth, and Roger Hess and his wife April; two sisters: Julie Hess, and Betty Hess; several nieces and nephews; and a dear friend Myrtle Snow.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Cleveland Greenfield, and his nephew, Mark Greenfield.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Rosedale Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Rosedale Cemetery.
